4 Months

Our happy little guy is four months old!  He now weighs 14 lbs and 6 oz and is 25 inches long.  The pediatrician says he is perfect and very healthy.  He loves to suck on his hands or his shirt or a blankie if he can find one.  He has learned to roll from back to tummy, although he still isn't the biggest fan of his tummy.  His naps have gotten a little better, but it's still not his strong point.  He has really started watching Hudson a lot more lately, and Hudson is ALWAYS busy and running his mouth, so it keeps Griff entertained.

3 Months

Our little dimple man is three months old, can't believe it!!  He is doing great. He is overall a really happy baby, except when it comes to nap time.  He is a little cat napper, he would much prefer to be held during all this naps, spoiled little man.  He took his first road trip to Nacogdoches to see the cousins over the weekend and did great.  No meltdowns, woo hoo (his big bro did a similar road trip at 2 months old and screamed the entire time!!).  He is growing like a weed, he is so tall!!  He has already outgrown his 3 month footie pj's, he is having to wear 6 month sizes.  He had found his hands and loves to suck on them and has started batting at a few toys.  Big Bro is still just as crazy as ever.  He is doing well at Mother's Day Out and still loves to play outside every night.  He loved the trip to see his cousins...he adores them!  And he got to go to Poppa's Ranch and jump on the trampoline, his other most favorite thing in life.  Cute boys, here are some pics...

MDO 2014

Today was Hudson's first day of Mother's  Day Out 2014. He had a great first day.   Apparently when he grows up he wants to be a garbage man :)  Here are his cute pics...

2 months!

Mr. Griffin is already two months old!!  Time is flying by.  He is doing really well, definitely getting chunkier by the day.  He is a great eater...much better than his big brother!!  Over the past few weeks he has become much more awake and active.  He loves playing on his mat, cooing and trying to kick at toys.  He also loves it outside.  He has finally decided that his car seat is not a mini torture machine and has stopped screaming in the car, which is a relief.  We go back to the doctor next week for his 2 month check, so we will get all his stats then.  Big brother is doing good, but has definitely hit the terrible twos, haha.  He is adorable though when he's not throwing a fit :)  He is started to be really funny.  Last week he went potty in his pants.  When I asked him why he didn't tell me that he had to go, his reply was, "I told Reesie, but she didn't take me!!"  Oh dear, he is a smart one.  The other night at dinner we asked him if he wanted more honey dew melon, he said yes, then he put his hands in the air and said "Come to Poppa".  So he definitely keeps us laughing.  Here are some pics..
