3 Months

Our little dimple man is three months old, can't believe it!! He is doing great. He is overall a really happy baby, except when it comes to nap time. He is a little cat napper, he would much prefer to be held during all this naps, spoiled little man. He took his first road trip to Nacogdoches to see the cousins over the weekend and did great. No meltdowns, woo hoo (his big bro did a similar road trip at 2 months old and screamed the entire time!!). He is growing like a weed, he is so tall!! He has already outgrown his 3 month footie pj's, he is having to wear 6 month sizes. He had found his hands and loves to suck on them and has started batting at a few toys. Big Bro is still just as crazy as ever. He is doing well at Mother's Day Out and still loves to play outside every night. He loved the trip to see his cousins...he adores them! And he got to go to Poppa's Ranch and jump on the trampoline, his other most favorite thing in life. Cute boys, here are some pics...

2 months!

Mr. Griffin is already two months old!! Time is flying by. He is doing really well, definitely getting chunkier by the day. He is a great eater...much better than his big brother!! Over the past few weeks he has become much more awake and active. He loves playing on his mat, cooing and trying to kick at toys. He also loves it outside. He has finally decided that his car seat is not a mini torture machine and has stopped screaming in the car, which is a relief. We go back to the doctor next week for his 2 month check, so we will get all his stats then. Big brother is doing good, but has definitely hit the terrible twos, haha. He is adorable though when he's not throwing a fit :) He is started to be really funny. Last week he went potty in his pants. When I asked him why he didn't tell me that he had to go, his reply was, "I told Reesie, but she didn't take me!!" Oh dear, he is a smart one. The other night at dinner we asked him if he wanted more honey dew melon, he said yes, then he put his hands in the air and said "Come to Poppa". So he definitely keeps us laughing. 1 Month

Big G is one month old!! Woo hoo!! He did great for his first month photo shoot, he even gave me a little smile and I got a picture of his little dimple. Soooooo cute. Griffin is doing really well. He is eating like a champ, gaining weight, he can even roll over from his tummy to his back (he did it for the first time at 12 days old). He loves: eating, when Hudson talks to him, riding in the baby carrier, snuggling, being swaddled. He hates: baths, tummy aches, bright lights. Hudson is also doing great at being a big brother. He is very sweet to him. He likes to get right in his face and talk to him. He usually mimics things that I say, like "Hey, little buddy". The other night G was crying and Ryan was holding him. Hud looked at Ryan and said, "Dad, try the paci!!" Apparently Hudson thinks he is a baby expert :) He is always very excited to see what is in Griffin's diaper, haha. He thinks its very funny when he poops in his diaper, silly boy. Hudson has been very busy this summer playing with his friends on our new street. He asks every night after dinner if Max and Harrison can come over. Their favorite thing is to play on the blow up water slide that we have borrowed from friends. Here are some pics...
