6 Months

Our little Griffy is now 6 months old!!  He had his check up at the doctor today and he weights 16 lbs and 1 oz (25%) and is 27 inches long (75%).  He did great at his check up of course until the dreaded shots.  He now has two teeth on bottom and is working on getting two more teeth on top.  He still loves to blow spit bubbles, squeal when he is happy and he grabs everything!!  You have to be careful when eating or drinking around him because he will grab it with ninja like quickness.  He loves bouncing in his bouncer and putting all of Hudson's toys in his mouth.  He had a great Christmas, he loved ripping up the wrapping paper and then trying to eat it.  He has also starting really liking baby food, so far he has been a fan of applesauce, pears, prunes, carrots, squash and zucchini.  He hates peas though and rice cereal gives him some tummy issues.   Big brother is still as wild and crazy as always and is having a blast with all of his new Christmas toys..  His most notable quotes recently.
Ryan, "Do you like it when Poppa comes to play on Tuesdays?"
Hudson, "Who, Mike??"

5 Months!

Big G is five months old....woo hooooo!!  Griffin is very busy these days, he is constantly rolling from his back to his tummy, grabbing at everything, playing with his toes, and blowing spit bubbles everywhere!!  Last weekend he had his first taste of food, which he was pretty indifferent about.  He doesn't dislike it, but he ends up wearing most of what goes in his mouth.  He still loves to watch big brother play and Hudson is so sweet with him!  We had a great Thanksgiving last week with Millie and Papa John.  Hudson had a blast playing with Ryan's old toys, micro machines.  And of course building robots out of blocks with Millie.  Here are some pics, some are his 5 month pics and some are a little Christmas photo shoot we did this morning.

4 Months

Our happy little guy is four months old!  He now weighs 14 lbs and 6 oz and is 25 inches long.  The pediatrician says he is perfect and very healthy.  He loves to suck on his hands or his shirt or a blankie if he can find one.  He has learned to roll from back to tummy, although he still isn't the biggest fan of his tummy.  His naps have gotten a little better, but it's still not his strong point.  He has really started watching Hudson a lot more lately, and Hudson is ALWAYS busy and running his mouth, so it keeps Griff entertained.
