Life lately....

We've had a fun and busy past few months. The big highlight was our trip to Galveston Beach with Mimi and Poppa. The boys loved the sand at the beach, the lazy river and the water slide. I think they would have done the waterslide non stop if we would have let them. Hudson is doing really well at school, he loves his teacher and classmates. He is such a loyal friend, it is very sweet. Griffin is busy trying to find trouble at all times, flashing his dimple, learning new words and trying to mess up everything Hudson has done in life :)

Griffin has started walking this month, watch out world! He is in to everything, wants to climb on anything. He can say hi, bye, ball, aa-aa for monkey and grrr for bear. He loves to dance and play ball and HATES to sit in his high chair and eat. Hudson is learning to write his name, he can now spell his name, he started his new preschool class today. They are both doing great!!

Very Hungry Caterpillar Party

We celebrated Griffin's first year with a very hungry Caterpillar party. Hudson has always loved the book and Griffin is always hungry, so it seemed like a fitting choice. Griffin had so much fun eating snacks, opening presents, eating cake and playing outside with his friends. He was a big fan of the cake, he ended up covered in it!! And we ended the party with the big kids on the slip and slide, which was of course a big hit. Happy Birthday sweet Griffin!!
