Wedding Crasher

Hudson is a big fan of weddings.  Not so much the sit down and be good part...he is more into the dancing and eating.  We went to my cousin Kayla's wedding over the weekend and Hudson was the start of the dance floor.  Apparently  he forgot the wedding was about the beautiful bride and her new husband.  Oh no... on the dance floor it was all about Hudson and his cousins.  Poppa took some video, so hopefully I will upload it soon.  Until then...here are some pics...

Colorado trip and Hud updates

I was lucky enough to take a trip recently to the beautiful Colorado.  I went with Aunt Patty to visit my cousin Carmen in Denver.  We spend the weekend in Vail, hiking and enjoying the views!!  It was a great trip.  Meanwhile...Hudson was home with Daddy catching up on some Aggie football.  Hudson has been doing all sorts of fun stuff lately.  He is saying new words constantly.  His new word today is "purple", which he says with a lot of enthusiasm.  He can also make sounds for a cow, sheep, cat, dog, bee, fish, skunk, and duck.  He is getting much better at his shapes and can occasionally recognize some colors.  He still loves books, we read about a million a day.  And he has recently become obsessed with balls.  He likes to throw the tennis ball for Reese and watch her fetch it.  Very cute. He still has some pretty sweet dance moves, his favorite songs are "The Harlem Shake" and a techno song that comes in during commercial breaks of the noon news.  As our church pastor would say, he is just a thug in Huggies.  Enjoy some pics..

Summer Vacation

This past week we all went on a little summer vacation.  Ryan and I took a few days off and went to Destin, Florida. And Hudson got to stay home and get a vacation from this parents... Millie and Papa John came to town, hoooooray!!!  I don't know who was the most excited about all this....but I'm pretty sure it was Millie. Here are some pics...

Life Lately...

Helllllloooooo friends!!!!  Mom FINALLY let me back on the computer again so that I could update you with some ridiculously cute pictures of myself.   My last few months have been quite busy.  It's hard to look cute in between the strep, ear infection, stomach virus and hand-foot-mouth disease that I have experienced over the last several months.  Mom tells me that I need to stop licking the shopping cart at Target...but I have no idea what she is talking about :)  You may want to sit down for this....because there is about to be A LOT of pictures of me.  The cuteness might overwhelm you, so please be fully hydrated.

Let's first start with my trip to Houston.  Momma's friend Meghan was getting married, so we took a little trip to H-town.  We got to stay with Momma's BFF Katy, which was awesome.  She has two kids, which are now my besties, we had a blast.  I wish they lived closer....

And now let's move on to my trip to The San Antonio Zoo with Millie and Papa John.  It was awesome...except for the monkeys.  Can we please have a moment of silence for my new fear of monkeys.  Those things are crazy.  They fly through the air and make the most ridiculous noise.  I am not a fan.  I repeat, I am not a fan.  My favorite thing was the shark...I must take after my Uncle Todd (shot out to Uncle Todd!!!)
